3.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on the pak788 platform. Holding multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. pak788 employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate Accounts and will close all related Accounts upon detection, retaining any balance pending investigation.
3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and must update your Account details promptly if they change. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.
3.5 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have self-excluded from pak788 or any other gambling platform are not eligible to register or maintain an Account with pak788 for the duration of their self-exclusion period.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your pak788 Account.
4.2 You must not share your pak788 Account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your Account, or use another person's Account. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.

4.4 If you believe your pak788 Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pak788 support immediately. pak788 may temporarily suspend the Account pending security investigation.
4.5 pak788 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from pak788 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to pak788 support.
5.1 Currency. All pak788 Account balances, transactions, and payouts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak788 does not apply internal currency conversion fees on PKR transactions.
5.2 Deposit Methods. pak788 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL internet banking, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed in the pak788 cashier at the time of transaction.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. pak788 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically feasible. pak788 will process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframe communicated in the cashier. Processing times for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically shorter than bank transfer timescales.
5.4 Verification Requirement. pak788 may require Users to complete identity and payment verification before processing withdrawals. This includes submission of a valid government-issued CNIC or passport and confirmation of the payment method. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays.
5.5 Third-Party Payments. pak788 does not accept deposits from payment methods registered in the name of third parties. Withdrawals will only be made to accounts held in the name of the registered Account holder.
5.6 Transaction Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are communicated in the pak788 cashier. pak788 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
6.1 pak788 may offer promotional bonuses to new and existing Users from time to time. The specific terms of each bonus — including the qualifying deposit amount, bonus percentage, wagering requirement, game restrictions, and expiry date — are communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
6.2 Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Bonus Funds and winnings subject to wagering requirements will be clearly identified within the Account balance display.
6.3 pak788 reserves the right to withdraw, void, or amend any bonus offer where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to reduce risk while fulfilling wagering requirements; using multiple Accounts to claim the same offer; or systematic betting patterns designed to exploit promotions rather than engage in genuine recreational play.
6.4 Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times constitutes a breach of these Terms.
6.5 pak788 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued before its stated end date, pak788 will honour bonus funds already credited to User Accounts.
7.1 All Bets placed on pak788 are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant game or market. These rules are available within each game or sports betting market on the platform.
7.2 Bets are not final until confirmed by the pak788 platform and reflected in the User's Account transaction history. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, pak788 reserves the right to void the affected transaction and return the staked amount to the User's Account Balance.
7.3 Sports betting markets — including PSL cricket betting, Test match markets, and T20I fixtures — may be suspended or voided in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, event postponement, or the detection of irregular betting activity on the relevant market.
7.4 Casino games offered through pak788 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live studio equipment supplied by licensed third-party providers. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the relevant game interface.
7.5 pak788 reserves the right to void any Bet placed in error, placed at incorrect odds due to a manifest technical fault, or placed after the relevant event has concluded. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak788 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:
9.1 All content on the pak788 platform — including but not limited to the pak788 brand name, logo, interface design, software, game content, graphics, text, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of pak788 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pak788 platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to commercial use, redistribution, reproduction, or modification of any pak788 content.
9.3 Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of data from the pak788 platform — including odds data, game content, or User data — is strictly prohibited without express written authorisation from pak788.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pak788 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the pak788 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.2 pak788 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues, or force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability. pak788 will not be liable for losses arising from platform downtime.
10.3 pak788's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pak788's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 pak788 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete identity verification; or at the User's own request.
11.2 In cases of suspected fraud or Terms breach, pak788 may retain Account Balances pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, pak788 reserves the right to forfeit the relevant Balance.
11.3 Users may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting pak788 support. Where a closing Account holds a positive real-money Balance with no pending wagering requirements, pak788 will process withdrawal of that Balance to the User's verified payment method.
11.4 Accounts that have been self-excluded will be closed for the duration of the self-exclusion period and may not be reopened until that period expires and the User has completed a mandatory cooling-off assessment.

15.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which pak788 is licensed and regulated.
15.2 In the event of a dispute between a User and pak788, the User should first contact pak788 support to seek resolution through the internal complaints process. pak788 will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 28 business days.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the User may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority or approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body as directed by pak788 in the response to the complaint.
15.4 These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be waived or modified by contract.
